Tarox 10 Pot Caliper Big Brake Kit - R50/R53

Fitting the Tarox 10 Pot Big Brake upgrade kit will give you amazing braking performance and total confidence. By matching the multi-piston calipers to the discs, problems such as disc failure, deformation and vibration are eliminated.

This TAROX big brake kit contains:

* 2 x 10 piston brake calipers
* 2 x 318 x 26mm spiral grooved 2 piece brake discs with alloy bells
* 2 x Alloy brake caliper adaptor brackets
* 1 x set of fast road F2000 Tarox brake pads
* 1 x set of stainless brake lines.

Advantages of fitting the Tarox 6 pot caliper big brake conversion:

In principle the more the better, the benefit in having multi pistons can be summed up as follows:
1) Perpendicularly distributed pressure on the pads, resulting in more even wear of the brake pad.
2) Smaller pistons compared to those used on traditional calipers work perfectly parallel to the piston chambers, thus avoiding wear and loss of brake fluid
3) Increased cooling action of the pads, due to more airflow behind the pad's back plate.
4) Less stress factor on the caliper itself.
5) More clamping action resulting in more braking power due to the presence of more pistons.
6) Firmer pedal
